Instructions
Cut cauliflower into small florets.
Heat oil in a kadai or a pan.
Add turmeric, chilly powder & salt.
Fry for half a minute on a low flame.
Add caulflower and fry for another half a minute.
Add some water to it so that the gobi gets cooked.
Garnish it with fried onions & coriander leaves.
:- To make it more spicy, you can add fried green chillies.
