Gobi Roast

Ingredients
  

  • 1 no Cauliflower
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp Chilly powder
  • Salt As reqd
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 no Onion big
  • Coriander leaves for garnishing

Instructions
 

  • Cut cauliflower into small florets.
  • Heat oil in a kadai or a pan.
  • Add turmeric, chilly powder & salt.
  • Fry for half a minute on a low flame.
  • Add caulflower and fry for another half a minute.
  • Add some water to it so that the gobi gets cooked.
  • Garnish it with fried onions & coriander leaves.
  • :- To make it more spicy, you can add fried green chillies.
