Gobi Roast Fried gobi 1 no Cauliflower1/2 tsp Turmeric powder2 tsp Chilly powderSalt (As reqd)Oil for frying1 no Onion (big)Coriander leaves for garnishing Cut cauliflower into small florets.Heat oil in a kadai or a pan.Add turmeric, chilly powder & salt.Fry for half a minute on a low flame.Add caulflower and fry for another half a minute.Add some water to it so that the gobi gets cooked.Garnish it with fried onions & coriander leaves.:- To make it more spicy, you can add fried green chillies. Add more basic ingredients like ginger, garlic etc.
Add some ginger,garlic and a pinch of pepper powder too.Otherwise it is not that tasty.
