Make a soup of all sauces in 1 cup of boiled chicken water. Keep it aside.
:- You can use 2 cubes of Maggi chicken cubes dissolved in 1 cup of water.
Fry the onions and gnger-garlic paste, until an aroma comes.
Add the carrots and beans and fry.
:- The color should not change.
Add the rice and stir well.
Add the soup on top of the rice and stir well.
:- Make sure all these are being done on a high flame.
When the water has almost evaporated, add cabbage.
:- It does not take too much time to cook. Do not overcook.
Add chopped peppers and stir 2-3 times only.
:- The colour has to be retained.
Garnish with spring onions.
