Chinese Style Fried Rice Mixed fried rice 4 cups Basmati rice (3/4th cooked)1/2 cup Boneless chicken (boiled and shredded)1/2 cup Carrots (finely chopped)1/2 cup French Beans (chopped)1/2 cup Cabbage (inner leaves chopped into a little bigger pieces)Ginger (garlic paste - 2 tbsp)1 cup Onions (chopped)1 cup Red pepper, Yellow pepper and Green pepper (chopped)1 tbsp Soya sauce1 tbsp Chilly sauce1 tbsp Tomato sauceSpring onions for garnishingOil (As reqd)Salt (As reqd) Make a soup of all sauces in 1 cup of boiled chicken water. Keep it aside.:- You can use 2 cubes of Maggi chicken cubes dissolved in 1 cup of water.Fry the onions and gnger-garlic paste, until an aroma comes.Add the carrots and beans and fry.:- The color should not change.Add the rice and stir well.Add the soup on top of the rice and stir well.:- Make sure all these are being done on a high flame.When the water has almost evaporated, add cabbage. :- It does not take too much time to cook. Do not overcook.Add chopped peppers and stir 2-3 times only.:- The colour has to be retained.Garnish with spring onions. Chinese
