Jhatpat Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg Chicken preferably cut into small pieces
  • 5 - Tomatoes chopped
  • 3 nos Onions chopped, medium
  • 6 - Green chillies
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 - 2 tsp
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Red chilly powder
  • Coriander leaves for garnishing
  • Salt As reqd
  • Oil

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add onions and saute till golden brown.
  • Add the ginger garlic paste along with green chillies and saute and simmer for about 2 mins.
  • Add tomatoes and saute till they become tender and the mixture is juicy.
  • Add the chicken along with the required salt and saute.
  • Cook by covering the lid, till the chicken is tender.
  • Once the chicken is cooked, garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
  • :- Serve with thin white rice.
