Jhatpat Chicken Tasty chicken in no time 1 kg Chicken (preferably cut into small pieces)5 - Tomatoes (chopped)3 nos Onions (chopped, medium)6 - Green chilliesGinger (garlic paste - 1 - 2 tsp)1 tsp Turmeric powder1 tsp Red chilly powderCoriander leaves for garnishingSalt (As reqd)Oil Heat oil in a pan.Add onions and saute till golden brown. Add the ginger garlic paste along with green chillies and saute and simmer for about 2 mins.Add tomatoes and saute till they become tender and the mixture is juicy.Add the chicken along with the required salt and saute.Cook by covering the lid, till the chicken is tender.Once the chicken is cooked, garnish with chopped coriander leaves.:- Serve with thin white rice.
