Maida

Vinegar
Salt

Tomatos
chopped

Tomato ketchup

tbsp
Red Chilly powder

Onion
chopped

Pepper powder

tbsp
Butter
Oil for frying
Instructions
Coat fish pieces with vinegar, salt and maida. Keep aside for 15 min.
Shallow fry the pieces in oil till light brown.
Heat butter in a pan.
Add onion and when they turn soft, add chilly powder and chopped tomatoes. Fry till the oil separates.
Add ketchup, salt & pepper powder. Stir well.
Pour enough water and allow to boil.
Add fried fish pieces. Cover the pan and cook till gravy is thick.
:- Serve with chappathis, roti and rice.
