Tomato Fish Masala Fish masala enriched with the flavour of tomatoes 500 gm King fish1 tbsp Allpurpose flour (Maida)1 tbsp VinegarSalt (As reqd)1 cup Tomatos (chopped)2 tbsp Tomato ketchup1 tbsp Red Chilly powder1 cup Onion (chopped)1 tbsp Pepper powder1 tbsp ButterOil for frying Coat fish pieces with vinegar, salt and maida. Keep aside for 15 min.Shallow fry the pieces in oil till light brown.Heat butter in a pan.Add onion and when they turn soft, add chilly powder and chopped tomatoes. Fry till the oil separates.Add ketchup, salt & pepper powder. Stir well.Pour enough water and allow to boil.Add fried fish pieces. Cover the pan and cook till gravy is thick.:- Serve with chappathis, roti and rice. Kerala
