Instructions
Heat ghee in a pan.
Fry cashews and raisins and keep aside.
In the same ghee, splutter cloves, cinnamon and cardamom.
Add ginger-garlic paste and crushed green chillies.
Add onion and saute.
Add vegetables and saute.
Add rice and fry for 5 minutes.
Add 4 cups of water and salt. Keep closed and cook on low flame.
Garnish with fried cashews and raisins.
:- This pulao smells and tastes better after 5-6 hours.
