Instructions
For preparing the dish, Take a pan and cook the diced cucumber along with some water, chillies and salt. Let the water content dry up completely.
Take a blender and grind together the grated coconut and cumin seeds to a coarse paste.
Add crushed mustard seeds to it and mix well.
When the cucumber is completely cooked (there should not be any amount of water left in the vessel), add the ground coconut mixture into it and mix well.
Season the kichadi dish with mustard seeds, red chillies and curry leaves.
Allow it to cool.
Add curd to this mixture and mix well.
