Ingredients
  

  • 500 g Chicken
  • 2 nos Onion chopped, medium
  • 1 cup Curd
  • 2 tbsp Chilly powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • Salt As reqd
  • Oil As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Wash chicken well and cut into medium sized pieces.
  • Heat a pan.
  • Add chicken along with onion, curd, chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt.
  • Cook for about 5 minutes on a low flame.
  • Add a cup or two of water and cook on a medium flame.
  • When the water dries up, pour the oil on top of the chicken.
  • Lower the flame, keep stirring, till the chicken turns to golden brown.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves, if desired. Yummy delicious chicken is ready..
