Tamil Nadu Easy Chicken Masala Chicken dry fry - Tamil Nadu Easy Chicken Masala 500 g Chicken2 nos Onion (chopped, medium)1 cup Curd2 tbsp Chilly powder1/2 tsp Turmeric powderSalt (As reqd)Oil (As reqd) Wash chicken well and cut into medium sized pieces.Heat a pan.Add chicken along with onion, curd, chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt. Cook for about 5 minutes on a low flame.Add a cup or two of water and cook on a medium flame. When the water dries up, pour the oil on top of the chicken. Lower the flame, keep stirring, till the chicken turns to golden brown.Garnish with coriander leaves, if desired. Yummy delicious chicken is ready.. Tamil
