Pepper Chicken Masala

Ingredients
  

  • 500 gm Boneless chicken cut into small pieces
  • 2 nos Tomato cut into small pieces
  • 3 nos Onions thinly sliced
  • 4 nos Green chillies cut into pieces
  • 2 small Ginger
  • 3 tsp Soya Sauce
  • 4 tsp Pepper powder
  • 1 no Capsicum thinly sliced
  • Salt As reqd
  • 2 - Oil

Instructions
 

  • Heat up a pressure cooker.
  • Add chicken pieces, 1 tomato cut into small pieces, ginger paste made with 1 piece, 2 tsp of pepper, salt and little water and mix well.
  • Pressure cook upto 3 whistles.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan.
  • Add ginger paste and green chillies.
  • Add capsicum and fry, till onions become slighlty brown.
  • Add the remaining tomato pieces.
  • Add the remaining 2 tsp of pepper powder and soya sauce and fry for about 5 - 6 mins.
  • Add the cooked chicken mixture and cook, till the Pepper Chicken Masala dish is dry.
  • :- Pepper Chicken Masala is ready.
  • :- Serve Pepper Chicken Masala hot with rice.
