Heat up a pressure cooker.
Add chicken pieces, 1 tomato cut into small pieces, ginger paste made with 1 piece, 2 tsp of pepper, salt and little water and mix well.
Pressure cook upto 3 whistles.
Heat oil in a frying pan.
Add ginger paste and green chillies.
Add capsicum and fry, till onions become slighlty brown.
Add the remaining tomato pieces.
Add the remaining 2 tsp of pepper powder and soya sauce and fry for about 5 - 6 mins.
Add the cooked chicken mixture and cook, till the Pepper Chicken Masala dish is dry.
:- Pepper Chicken Masala is ready.
:- Serve Pepper Chicken Masala hot with rice.
