Ingredients
- Boneless Chicken(cut into small pieces) - 500 gm
- Tomato(cut into small pieces) - 2 nos
- Onions(thinly sliced) - 3 nos
- Green chillies(cut into pieces) - 4 nos
- Ginger - 2 small
- Soya Sauce - 3 tsp
- Pepper powder - 4 tsp
- Capsicum(thinly sliced) - 1 no
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Oil - 2 -

Instructions
- Heat up a pressure cooker.
- Pressure cook upto 3 whistles.
- Heat oil in a frying pan.
- Add ginger paste and green chillies.
- Add capsicum and fry, till onions become slighlty brown.
- Add the remaining tomato pieces.
- Add the remaining 2 tsp of pepper powder and soya sauce and fry for about 5 - 6 mins.
- Add the cooked chicken mixture and cook, till the Pepper Chicken Masala dish is dry.
- :- Pepper Chicken Masala is ready.
- :- Serve Pepper Chicken Masala hot with rice.
