Wash chicken throughly.
Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
Add chicken, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, pepper and salt.
Cover and cook on a low flame, till chicken is tender.
Grind together mint leaves, curd, coriander leaves, garam masala and green chillies.
Add the above paste into the chicken.
Cook on a high flame, till the water dries up and oil starts to clear on the sides of the pan.
Add water to make a little gravy.
Garnish with mint and coriander leaves.
