finely chopped, Pudhina
Ginger
chilly paste - 2 tsp

Fennel
Perinjeerakam
Salt
As reqd
Oil for frying
Instructions
Sieve the gram flour or besan.
Add to it the cashewnuts, pudhina, ginger-chilly paste, fennel seeds and salt.
Add little water and mix well.
Heat oil in a kadai or a pan.
Take the batter in small quantities and fry, till golden brown.
