Heat oil in a pan.
Splutter cumin seeds and mustard seeds.
Add chopped onions and green chillies and saute, till they turn golden brown.
Add turmeric powder, coriander powder and leave it for a sec.
Add potatoes and mix well.
Cover and cook, until potatoes are partly cooked.
Add cauliflower and peas and stir it well with little salt.
:- Add salt only for vegetables.
Cover and let it cook.
When it is cooked, add boiled rice and mix well.
Add salt, garam masala and coriander leaves.
:- You have already added salt to vegetables, so add very little for the rice.
Mix well and cover it for 4 - 5 min before you serve.
