Ingredients
  

  • 2 bunches Paalak leaves washed in cold water and chopped, Spinach
  • 1 no Green chillies slit
  • 1/2" piece Ginger chopped
  • 1 no Tomato chopped, medium
  • 1 no Onion chopped, large
  • 4 nos Garlic cloves chopped
  • 2 tbsp Kasoori Methi
  • 250 g Paneer
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 2 tsp Fresh cream optional

Instructions
 

  • For preparing Andhra Tasty Palak Paneer, first cook paalak with required salt, ginger and chillies on a low flame, till all the moisture is evaporated.
  • Allow it to cool.
  • Grind to a fine paste and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan. Saute garlic followed by tomato and onion.
  • Saute in low flame till well combined.
  • Fry till raw smell disappears.
  • Cool the onion mixture and grind to a fine paste.
  • Stir in ground palak and stir well.
  • Add salt and kasoori methi and cook for a while.
  • Meanwhile cut paneer into small cubes and fry in oil.
  • Stir in fried paneer cubes into palak and paneer gravy just before serving.
  • Top Andhra Tasty Palak Paneer with fresh cream.
