For preparing Andhra Tasty Palak Paneer, first cook paalak with required salt, ginger and chillies on a low flame, till all the moisture is evaporated.
Allow it to cool.
Grind to a fine paste and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan. Saute garlic followed by tomato and onion.
Saute in low flame till well combined.
Fry till raw smell disappears.
Cool the onion mixture and grind to a fine paste.
Stir in ground palak and stir well.
Add salt and kasoori methi and cook for a while.
Meanwhile cut paneer into small cubes and fry in oil.
Stir in fried paneer cubes into palak and paneer gravy just before serving.
