Brinjal Fry Easy

Ingredients
  

  • 2 nos Brinjals(big) Vazhuthananga
  • 1 tsp Chilly powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • Salt As reqd
  • 2 - Water
  • Asafoetida A pinch, Kayam
  • 1/2 cup Oil

Instructions
 

  • Clean and cut the brinjals into thin round shapes.
  • Make a paste with chilly powder, salt, turmeric powder, asafoetida and water.
  • Marinate the brinjals in the above paste for 1/2 an hour.
  • Deep fry the brinjals in oil.
  • Cook on both sides, till light brown.
  • :- Instead of brinjals, potatoes could be used.
