Brinjal Fry Easy Marinated Brinjal(Vazhuthananga) fry 2 nos Brinjals(big) (Vazhuthananga)1 tsp Chilly powder1/4 tsp Turmeric powderSalt (As reqd)2 - WaterAsafoetida (A pinch, Kayam)1/2 cup Oil Clean and cut the brinjals into thin round shapes. Make a paste with chilly powder, salt, turmeric powder, asafoetida and water.Marinate the brinjals in the above paste for 1/2 an hour.Deep fry the brinjals in oil.
