Instructions
Marinate the sliced and cleaned fish with turmeric, red chilly powder and 1/2 teaspoon salt for 10 mins.
Take a microwave glass dish with lid and put olive oil, small onions, garlic, mustard seeds, curry leaves, red chilly and green chillies.
Keep in the oven (Low) for 1 minute.
Add fish and tomato puree and keep further for 5 mins.
