Ingredients
  

  • 300 gm Paneer cubed
  • 3 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 1 tsp Ginger paste
  • 1 tsp Garlic paste
  • 2 nos Onions chopped and boiled, until soft and translucent and then ground to a paste
  • 10 tbsp Tomato puree cook the tomatoes and mash it
  • 1 tsp Chilly powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1 tsp Tandoori masala
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • Salt As reqd
  • Double cream

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add the ginger and garlic pastes and fry for a minute.
  • Add the onion paste and fry, until the oil separates.
  • Add the tomato puree along with all the powders and stir well.
  • Add salt and sugar and simmer for 5 mins.
  • Drop in the paneer cubes gently, without breaking it.
  • Simmer for 1 min and take off the heat.
  • :- Serve hot with a generous swirl of cream on top and fresh hot naan.
