Paneer Makhni Paneer makhni 300 gm Paneer (cubed)3 tbsp Sunflower oil1 tsp Ginger paste1 tsp Garlic paste2 nos Onions (chopped and boiled, until soft and translucent and then ground to a paste)10 tbsp Tomato puree (cook the tomatoes and mash it)1 tsp Chilly powder1 tsp Turmeric powder1 tsp Cumin powder1 tsp Tandoori masala1 tsp SugarSalt (As reqd)Double cream Heat oil in a pan.Add the ginger and garlic pastes and fry for a minute.Add the onion paste and fry, until the oil separates.Add the tomato puree along with all the powders and stir well.Add salt and sugar and simmer for 5 mins.Drop in the paneer cubes gently, without breaking it.Simmer for 1 min and take off the heat.:- Serve hot with a generous swirl of cream on top and fresh hot naan.
