Cut chicken into small pieces.
Drain off the water completely.
Mix the chicken pieces with tomato sauce, vinegar, turmeric powder, red colour, salt and ajinomotto.
Cook the chicken pieces, without adding water.
When the chicken pieces are completely covered with the masala, remove from fire.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add onions, green chillies and curry leaves and fry, till they become brown.
Add the chicken pieces and mix well and simmer for a further 10 mins.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
