Heat oil in a pan.
Fry onions for 2 mins.
Add tomato, capsicum, salt and pepper and stir fry for 2 mins.
Add the chicken pieces and saute.
Gradually, add milk in which cornflour has been dissolved.
Cook this mixture on a low flame, until the sauce gets thickened.
Place butter sheet on a tray and place the bread slices on the tray.
Spread required amount of ketchup on the slices.
Spoon in the mixture evenly over the slices.
Sprinkle a generous amount of mozerella cheese on top.
Garnish with finely chopped tomato and capsicum.
Bake the bread slices for 5 - 10 mins., till the bread becomes slightly crusty and the cheese melts in.
:- You can use beef instead of chicken.
