Coconut milk

Cinnamon(Karugapatta)
Cloves(Grambu)
Coriander leaves for garnishing
Instructions
Grind garlic and poppy seeds into a paste.
Heat ghee in a pan.
Saute cinnamon, cloves, onions, chillies and the garlic-poppy seeds paste.
Add coconut milk and tomato juice and bring it to a boil.
Add rice and salt.
Cover the pan and keep on a low flame.
When it is done, add coriander leaves.
