Noodles with vegetables - Chinese Noodles

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pkts Noodles
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 4 nos Garlic pods cut into small pieces
  • 2 nos Red chillies cut into small pieces
  • 1 no Carrot julienned
  • 1 no Capsicum julienned, small
  • 10 nos Beans julienned
  • 3 nos Spring onion
  • or
  • 1 no Onion julienned, small
  • 2 tsp Soy sauce

Instructions
 

  • Boil water and add noodles. Strain this after 5 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add garlic followed by red chillies and vegetables.
  • Saute them and lower the flame when the vegetables are half cooked.
  • Add soya sauce and cooked noodles.
  • Mix well.
