Ingredients
- Noodles - 2 pkts
- Oil - 2 tsp
- Garlic pods(cut into small pieces) - 4 nos
- Red chillies(cut into small pieces) - 2 nos
- Carrot(julienned) - 1 no
- Capsicum(julienned, small) - 1 no
- Beans(julienned) - 10 nos
- Spring onion - 3 nos

- Onion(julienned, small) - 1 no
- Soy sauce - 2 tsp

Instructions
- Boil water and add noodles. Strain this after 5 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add garlic followed by red chillies and vegetables.
- Saute them and lower the flame when the vegetables are half cooked.
- Add soya sauce and cooked noodles.
- Mix well.
