Bachelor Kothu Porotta

Ingredients
  

  • 2 packs Frozen poratta
  • 2 nos. Onion Chopped
  • 1 no. Tomato Chopped
  • 4 nos Green chillies Slit
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala powder
  • 1/2 tsp Red Chilly powder
  • 1 spoon Salt
  • 4 tsp Tomato sauce
  • 4 tsp Soy Sauce
  • Coriander leaves Few
  • Oil

Instructions
 

  • Heat up frozen porottas in microwave.
  • Tear them into small pieces.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Stir fry chopped onions, green chillies and tomato. Need not wait till tomato turns mushy.
  • Add the masala powders and required salt.
  • :- You can add more chilly powder if you need it hotter.
  • Add the porotta pieces and stir.
  • Add some tomato sauce and soy sauce and stir, till everything gets mixed well.
  • :- Serve hot.
