Dice paneer into small pieces.
Deep fry them and keep aside.
Grate onions. Put tomatoes in hot water for 10 mins, peel the skin and mash.
Heat ghee in a pan.
Fry onions followed by ginger-garlic paste on a low flame, till the ghee separates from it.
Add mashed tomatoes, turmeric powder, coriander powder, chilly powder, garam masala and salt.
Add cooked vegetable pieces and allow it to boil.
When the gravy is thickened, add milk and cream.
Boil for a minute.
Add paneer pieces before removing from fire.
Fry cashewnuts in little ghee.
Add the fried cashews and mix well.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
