Ingredients
  

  • 2 nos Eggs
  • 50 gm Oil
  • 2 nos Green chillies
  • 5 gm Red chillies
  • 5 gm Coriander powder
  • 50 gm Onions
  • 200 gm Tomatoes
  • Salt As reqd
  • 5 gm Baffat powder

Instructions
 

  • Hard boil the eggs and cut into halfs.
  • Keep them on a serving dish.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add chillies and fry them.
  • Add chopped onions and continue frying.
  • Add tomatoes and continue stirring.
  • Add all masalas and mix well.
  • Pour this gravy on the eggs.
  • :- Serve hot.
