Egg Baffat Goan style egg curry 2 nos Eggs50 gm Oil2 nos Green chillies5 gm Red chillies5 gm Coriander powder50 gm Onions200 gm TomatoesSalt (As reqd)5 gm Baffat powder Hard boil the eggs and cut into halfs.Keep them on a serving dish.Heat oil in a pan.Add chillies and fry them.Add chopped onions and continue frying.Add tomatoes and continue stirring.Add all masalas and mix well.Pour this gravy on the eggs.:- Serve hot.
