Instructions
Make a paste of vinegar, ginger, garlic, salt, coriander, cumin, cayenne pepper & oil in a blender.
Marinate the fish pieces in the paste for 4 hours in the refrigerator.
Turn the oven to broil at the highest point.
Place fish pieces on a baking tray & broil for 10 minutes.
Turn over on the other side & broil for about 7 minutes again.
