Fish fry - Tandoori Fish

Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg White fish fillets cut into pieces
  • 1/3 cup Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Ginger chopped
  • 4 nos Garlic pods
  • 1 tbsp Coriander seeds ground
  • 1 tbsp Cumin seeds(ground) Jeerakam
  • 1 tbsp Cayenne pepper ground
  • 1/2 cup Oil
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Make a paste of vinegar, ginger, garlic, salt, coriander, cumin, cayenne pepper & oil in a blender.
  • Marinate the fish pieces in the paste for 4 hours in the refrigerator.
  • Turn the oven to broil at the highest point.
  • Place fish pieces on a baking tray & broil for 10 minutes.
  • Turn over on the other side & broil for about 7 minutes again.
