Tandoori Fish Fish fry - Tandoori Fish 1 kg White fish fillets (cut into pieces)1/3 cup Vinegar1 tbsp Ginger (chopped)4 nos Garlic pods1 tbsp Coriander seeds (ground)1 tbsp Cumin seeds(ground) (Jeerakam)1 tbsp Cayenne pepper (ground)1/2 cup OilSalt (As reqd) Make a paste of vinegar, ginger, garlic, salt, coriander, cumin, cayenne pepper & oil in a blender.Marinate the fish pieces in the paste for 4 hours in the refrigerator.Turn the oven to broil at the highest point.Place fish pieces on a baking tray & broil for 10 minutes.Turn over on the other side & broil for about 7 minutes again.
