Cut and clean salmon pieces.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add curry leaves, ginger, small onions, sliced chillies and saute till golden brown.
Add turmeric powder, red chilly powder and salt.
Add a little water and allow it to boil.
When it boils, add tamarind and boil further.
Add fish pieces.
Close the pan with a lid and when the fish is cooked, remove from fire.
Top it with a tsp of coconut oil.
:- This tastes even greater if prepared in clay pot.
:- Add more chilly powder to suit your tastes.
