Coriander leaves

Parsley
chopped

Onion
chopped

Garlic

Black pepper
Oil for frying
For covering:
White flour
Bread crumbs

Instructions
Place tuna, coriander leaves, parsley, onion, salt, garlic and black pepper in a food processor bowl and process until the mixture blends together.
Take the mixture and separate into equal portions and shape into thin rolls like sausages about 5cm. long.
Cover them with flour, dip into the beaten egg and roll them in bread crumbs.
Freeze them for 10 minutes.
Deep fry till golden in hot oil.
:- Serve with hot sauce or ketchup.
