Coriander leaves for garnishing
Instructions
Grind cashewnuts to a smooth paste.
Heat butter in a pan.
Saute onions in it, till transperent.
Add tomatoes and saute till they are soft.
Add ginger and mix well.
Add turmeric and chilly powder and mix well.
Add chicken, salt and mix well.
Close the lid and cook.
When it is half cooked, add capsicum.
Add cashewnut paste.
Finally, add fresh cream(whipped well with a spoon).
Garnish with coriander leaves.
