Cook potatoes till soft.
Peel and cut them into small pieces.
Heat oil in a pan.
Place the potato pieces in oil.
Add salt, amchoor powder, garam masala and chilly powder.
Fry them for 5 mins on a medium heat.
Once it¦s done, remove from fire and keep it aside.
Take puffs pastry sheets and roll them a little with the rolling pin.
Cut them into 4 X 4 inches, square pieces.
Place the stuffing on one half of the sheet.
Fold the other remaining half of sheet on the stuffing.
Take a little amount of water and close both the ends of the stuffed puffs.
Follow the same procedure with the remaining stuffing.
Place in the oven at 350 degrees for 5 - 10 minutes or till light brown and crispy.
