Ingredients
- Pastry Puff sheets - 2 nos
- Potatoes(medium) - 2 nos
- Garam masala - ½ tsp
- Chilly powder - ½ tsp
- Lemon juice or Amchoor powder - 1 tsp
- Green chillies – 3(chopped) - 4 nos
- Oil - 1 tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Cook potatoes till soft.
- Peel and cut them into small pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add salt, amchoor powder, garam masala and chilly powder.
- Fry them for 5 mins on a medium heat.
- Once it¦s done, remove from fire and keep it aside.
- Take puffs pastry sheets and roll them a little with the rolling pin.
- Cut them into 4 X 4 inches, square pieces.
- Place the stuffing on one half of the sheet.
- Fold the other remaining half of sheet on the stuffing.
- Take a little amount of water and close both the ends of the stuffed puffs.
- Follow the same procedure with the remaining stuffing.
- Place in the oven at 350 degrees for 5 - 10 minutes or till light brown and crispy.
- :- Serve hot with ketchup.

I was looking for this receipe, thanks for sharing. BTW, puffs sheets can be purchased from any good super markets. They come nicely packed as sheets.
