Wash the chicken and dry on an absorbent paper.
Cut chicken into small cubes.
Add salt to garlic and crush to a smooth pulp.
Heat oil in a nonstick frying pan, over medium heat.
Add the garlic and cook until it is lightly browned.
Add the chicken and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add coriander powder, turmeric powder and chilly powder.
Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
Remove from heat and stir in the lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves.
