Ingredients
  

  • 150 gm Allpurpose flour Maida
  • 120 gm Butter
  • 85 gm Powdered sugar
  • 50 gm Semolina Rava/Sooji
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • Almonds/Cashewnuts A few, Badam

Instructions
 

  • Cream the butter till it looks like fluffy and light.
  • Add sugar and mix well.
  • Add vanilla.
  • Add maida and rava.
  • Knead them together to make a smooth dough.
  • Form into small rounds and cut across the center.
  • Place a piece of cashewnut on top.
  • Bake on a greased pan at 150 C for about 25-30 Mts.
