  • Butter - 120 gm
  • Powdered sugar - 85 gm
  • Semolina(Rava/Sooji) - 50 gm
  • Vanilla - 1 tsp
  • Almonds/Cashewnuts(A few, Badam) -

Instructions
  1. Cream the butter till it looks like fluffy and light.
  2. Add sugar and mix well.
  3. Add vanilla.
  4. Add maida and rava.
  5. Knead them together to make a smooth dough.
  6. Form into small rounds and cut across the center.
  7. Place a piece of cashewnut on top.
  8. Bake on a greased pan at 150 C for about 25-30 Mts.
