Instructions
Heat ghee in a pan.
Add wheat gram and roast them till they become golden in colour.
Melt sugar in 1 cup of water and keep aside.
Boil and add the remaining water to the roasted wheat gram.
Stir gently and cook till the grain of the gram turns soft on pressing.
Cook till ghee separates along the sides.
Garnish with chopped almonds, pistas and a pinch of cardamom powder.
