Instructions
Soak separately the Rice & Dhal.
Wash well & grind rice to a smooth paste.
Grind the dhal along with coconut scrapings, asafoetida, salt, grated ginger & the green chillies.
Remove from blender & mix with the rice mixture.(The consistency should be that of Dosa Batter. It should not be too thin.)
Heat a Dosa Tava.
Make thin, crisp Dosas.
:- Serve with Chutney or Sambar or Mulagai Podi.
