Seera Paruppu Dosa Dosas made with Green gram(Moong Dhal) 1 cup Rice1 cup Green gram (Cheruparippu)5-6 tbsp Coconut scrapingsSalt (As reqd)1/4 tsp Asafoetida (Kayam)1 tsp Ginger (grated)6-8 nos Green chillies Soak separately the Rice & Dhal. Wash well & grind rice to a smooth paste.Grind the dhal along with coconut scrapings, asafoetida, salt, grated ginger & the green chillies.Remove from blender & mix with the rice mixture.(The consistency should be that of Dosa Batter.
