  • Soak separately the Rice & Dhal.
  • Wash well & grind rice to a smooth paste.
  • Grind the dhal along with coconut scrapings, asafoetida, salt, grated ginger & the green chillies.
  • Remove from blender & mix with the rice mixture.(The consistency should be that of Dosa Batter. It should not be too thin.)
  • Heat a Dosa Tava.
  • Make thin, crisp Dosas.
  • :- Serve with Chutney or Sambar or Mulagai Podi.
