Karimeen Porichathu Fry

Ingredients
  

  • Pearl spot fish
  • 4 tsp Red chilly paste 20 g
  • 2 tsp Turmeric powder 10 g
  • 4 tsp Coriander powder 20 g
  • 2 tsp Ginger paste 10 g
  • 50 gm Green chilly paste
  • 1 no Lemon juice
  • Salt As reqd
  • 1 sprig Curry leaves
  • Oil

Instructions
 

  • Scale, clean and wash the fish thoroughly.
  • Make deep slits on either side.
  • Mix all the ingredients, except oil, and marinate the fish in this mixture for an hour and refrigerate.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Shallow fry till done.
  • :- Karimeen fry is ready. Serve hot.
