Karimeen Porichathu Fry Pearlspot(Karimeen) fry Pearl spot fish 4 tsp Red chilly paste (20 g)2 tsp Turmeric powder (10 g)4 tsp Coriander powder (20 g)2 tsp Ginger paste (10 g)50 gm Green chilly paste1 no Lemon juiceSalt (As reqd)1 sprig Curry leavesOil Scale, clean and wash the fish thoroughly.Make deep slits on either side.Mix all the ingredients, except oil, and marinate the fish in this mixture for an hour and refrigerate.Heat oil in a pan.Shallow fry till done.:- Karimeen fry is ready. Use pepper instead of green chilly..gives a nadan kerala taste…
One doubt i think it is tasty without coriander powder.
