Instructions
  1. Scale, clean and wash the fish thoroughly.
  2. Make deep slits on either side.
  3. Mix all the ingredients, except oil, and marinate the fish in this mixture for an hour and refrigerate.
  4. Heat oil in a pan.
  5. Shallow fry till done.
  6. :- Karimeen fry is ready. Serve hot.

Use pepper instead of green chilly..gives a nadan kerala taste…
