Cut onions, tomatoes and cauliflower.
Soak cauliflower in salted water for 15 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan.
Season with all the ingredients.
Add onions and fry till golden brown.
Add tomatoes and keep frying.
Add all the cauliflower pieces and fry till it becomes soft.
Add ground coconut paste, turmeric powder, chilly powder, salt and little sugar.
Add enough water and cover the pan.
Cook till cauliflower becomes soft and gravy thickens.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
