Instructions
Cook the rice and allow it to cool by mixing little ghee to it.
Cut all vegetables lengthwise and cook excluding onion and set aside.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add cloves, cinnamom, cardamom and turmeric powder. Fry till golden.
Add onions, green chillies and garlic and fry till onions becomes translucent.
Add all cooked vegetables and fry for a few minutes.
Add rice and salt.
Garnish with fried cashew nuts, raisins and coriander leaves.
